Founded in 1973 by the cult Californian rock climber Yvon Chouinard, Patagonia still focuses on making technical gear for silent sports including surfing, skiing, trail running, paddling and fly fishing. Using mostly recycled polyester and only organic cotton, Patagonia is one of a few companies dedicated to providing best in class product while making real positive impact on the environmental health of our planet.
